Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A distinguished mechanical engineer and industrial leader with more than five decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation and turnkey project execution. A UET Lahore graduate and a registered Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council since 1976, he has led plant installations and machinery modernisation across the automotive, aerospace, railway, textile and steel sectors, working with technology partners in Japan, Germany, Italy, the United States, Taiwan and China.

Syed Shoaib Bokhari

A Computer Science graduate, he brings more than 18 years in the automotive sector, working with Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Yamaha, Massey Ferguson, FIAT and Landi Renzo, and has collaborated closely with government departments, regulatory authorities and corporate partners to advance strategic business objectives.

Mr. Wang brings 20+ years of experience in precision machinery manufacturing, CNC machine tools, and industrial automation, with specialized expertise in FANUC and SIEMENS CNC systems. He has supported 100+ manufacturing enterprises in machine selection, commissioning, maintenance, system debugging, and equipment modernization, including the transformation of high-precision CNC equipment for aerospace and defense-related applications. Having served as a technical consultant for companies across Asia, South Asia, and West Asia, Mr. Wang provides end-to-end CNC solutions — from equipment selection and procurement to commissioning, maintenance, rehabilitation and lifecycle technical support.

His expertise is focused on the inspection, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, rehabilitation, and sourcing of pre-owned CNC machine tools and accessories. Throughout his career, he has developed strong practical knowledge of assessing pre-owned CNC equipment, identifying mechanical and technical issues, supporting machine restoration, and helping ensure reliable performance for industrial applications. He also frequently travels to South Korea to source CNC machines, machine tools, spare parts, and related components, working closely with suppliers and industry contacts to identify suitable equipment and parts for industrial requirements. His international experience in Canada, combined with extensive field experience in Pakistan and regular sourcing activities in South Korea, provides him with a well-rounded understanding of CNC machinery, global equipment markets, and the challenges associated with maintaining, rehabilitating, sourcing, and extending the service life of CNC equipment.
